Obituary of Lee Sanne Marie Roy

Lee Sanne Marie Roy, 49, of Ft. Collins Colorado, passed away unexpectedly February 7, 2023. She was born in Seoul, Korea on January 13, 1974, and grew up in Sterling, Colorado, the youngest of three children. Lee Sanne was a gymnast and tennis player in high school, and excelled in music—playing the piano and flute. After high school, she went on to get her nursing degree from University of Northern Colorado and had a successful nursing career before transitioning to medical transcription in order to stay home and raise her three children. They were the joy of her life, and she always shared how proud she was of them. Lee Sanne will be deeply missed by her family, her children, Jacob Hanson, Alexis Roy and Hannah Roy, parents, Yvonne Hanson and Arlys Hanson (deceased), brother Kirk Hanson (Michelle, Alex and Will), sister Kirsten Chiala (John, John, Andrew and Nico), former husband Kris Roy, and many loving aunts, uncles, and cousins.
