Obituary of Thornton "Thorn" James Landers

Obituary Thorn Landers died in his home January 14, 2023 in Loveland, CO at the age of 66. Thorn was born to Madge and Bob Landers in 1957 in Lima, Ohio. He graduated from Petoskey High School in 1975, and earned a bachelors degree from the University of Colorado and a 1nasters degree from the University of Virginia. Beginning with American Express in Manhattan, Thorn held several positions in business over the years. He married Karyn in 1993 in Manhattan. Thorn was a triathlete and enjoyed car and motorcycle racing as well as skydiving. In recent years he had lived in Petoskey, and worked out extensively at the Center City Gym. He was preceded in death by a sister, Betsy, his father, Bob, and his mother, Madge. He is survived by two daughters, Emma and Olivia, and a sister, Meg, and extended fainily.
