Obituary of Theodore " Ted" Funk

Obituary Theodore "Ted" Funk 76, of Fort Collins, Colorado passed away on February 10th, 2022 at Poudre Valley Hospital, after a short bout with COVID-19. Ted was born to Theodore and Elda Funk on November 19th, 1945 in Fort Collins. He graduated from Fort Collins High School in 1963, and then went to college at NE junior college, where he earned a degree in business. After, college, he joined the US Army and served his country. Ted returned to Fort Collins, and worked at Woodward Governor, later Ted used his education from Telecommunications in the Army and worked for YIPES in Denver, Ted sold real estate for Realty Brokers Exchange and insurance for NY life. Ted was a great friend to many and was a man of great integrity, he always tried to do the right thing. Ted was loved by many as well. Ted had been an active member of the Foothills Sertoma Club. Ted is survived by his sister Barbara Funk, niece Christin Olsen, and nephew John Theodore Funk. He is proceeded In death by his parents, and stepfather Arthur Bennett. Ted will be laid to rest with his parents at Grandview Cemetery, at a date to be announced.
