Obituary Our beloved Jacqi passed away due to seizures Sunday night June 5th at 10:45 pm. She was surrounded by family at her passing. Jacqueline Suzanne Rayburn was born October 8,1982 at Poudre Valley Hospital in Fort Collins Colorado. She lived her life devoted to caring for others. In sickness and in health. Her shining star in life was her niece Breeanna Wilcox who was by her side throughout her life. Jacqi was preceded in death by her Grandfather Frederick Wood, her Granny ( Jean Rayburn) , her great Aunt Mary, and her father Samuel Eugene Rayburn.
