Kecia, Im so sorry to hear about your Mother. She was a lovely and beautiful person. I spent quite a lot of time with her when we were younger. My brother wasnt kind and Im so sorry for that but she did have a wonderful life traveling with her 2nd husband. I loved you then and love you now.

May God bless you Aunt Gladys. My prayer is that you are now enjoying a reunion with your parents Ben and Jewell Gramig and with your sister, my mom Jewell. Kecia and Jason, Im so sorry for the loss of your mother. Uncle Harry, Im sorry for the loss of your second sister. Gladys was my younger sister, when we were younger we were very close and I always looked out for her as a big brother should. Even though we were miles apart I have always had a great love for my Aunt Gladys and my cousins Kecia and Jason. We may not have been able to get together as often as we wanted to but when we did it was always a joyous occasion filled with love and laughs! My favorite memories are of the whole family getting together for Christmas celebrating Jason and my Dads birthdays. All the cousins being silly and playing "tackle basketball" in the front yard of Aunt Jewells' house. I am sure Gladys is re-connecting with Grandma and Grandpa, Jewell and Richard, Don and Erik and having a good laugh! We have some amazing guardian angels watching over us.I loved Aunt Gladys and will miss her kind heart and beautiful smile forever! Rest in peace and breathe easy now. Dearest mom,I will always cherish the memories I have of you and there will not be a day where I don't think about you. These last few years have been tough but spending as much time as I have with you was simply put a blessing in disguise and for whatever reason I never thought this day would come or that I was prepared, well there is no denying that I was so wrong about that and this void that I'm feeling is something I've never experienced in my life. I miss you so much already and cannot get out of this fog, I just want you to know that I love you so much and that things will be okay here and you can rest at ease. There is no doubt that Gladys was a fighter just like her Dad, even earning the nickname "the Terminator" these last couple years with every spill, fall or broken bone when she would simply amaze everyone and get back up with a vengeance and just keep going and going till almost the very last day. She did truly love family and those times spent together looking forward to every one of them sitting in her chair ready hours before every event. Her brother and sister hold a very special place in her heart no matter what had happened throughout life and we all know she is now spending time with lost loved ones and her best friend and husband Don finally being able to relax and take a very deep breath that she hadn't been able to for a long time. Though the years have separated us, I have fond memories of Gladys from our work at Home Federal Savings. She was a "tough ol' gal" with spunk....and a twinkle in her eyes. A no nonsense attitude and a path of focus...Gladys was one of those people you couldn't help to admire. Re-connecting with her daughter allowed me to know how Gladys was for a period of time. I'll always remember Gladys and how much she loved her family. Rest is peace!
