Obituary of Judith "Judy" Ann Redman
Obituary
Judith (Judy) Redman was born October 4, 1946
and died December 18, 2022 after having physical
and emotional pain due to Crohn’s disease since her
early teen years. Her parents were Ralph J. and
Patricia Redman, both deceased. Her brother is
Ralph N. Redman (Jewell) of Pueblo, Colorado. Her
partner of 35 years, Lenore Senior, resides in Fort
Collins, Colorado. Besides family and friends, the
loves of her life were creating art and her devotion
to cats.
Judy studied art with Orlin Helgoe, John Mendoza,
and Robert Wands and graduated from CSU-Pueblo
in 1970. She has 870+ artworks on her Fine Art
America website. Creating art has been lifesaving.
Her signature artwork is two or more faces/figures
in each painting and her style is Modern
Expressionism. At 76 years old, Judy could be seen
in the middle of the night at Good Samaritan
Society-Loveland, sitting on her bed painting away,
often while listening to music from the 1960’s.
“My paintings are my life and my emotions in
visible form. My art isn’t always pretty.” Her
